Managing Principal: Chia-Lin Ho, Ph.D.

Dr. Chia-Lin Ho is an accomplished executive coach, organizational psychologist and researcher. Since her first executive coaching experience nearly 15 years ago, she has partnered with leaders at all levels in Fortune 500 companies to unlock their leadership potential. Chia-Lin specializes in working with executives to accelerate their transition to a new role and enhance their executive presence. 

Within the past 20 years, she has been recognized for her impactful work as an organizational psychologist in human capital consulting across the business, government, and non-profit sectors. Chia-Lin’s passion lies in improving the well-being of individuals and organizations through integrating scientific evidence with talent practices. She speaks, writes, and researches on topics related to leadership development, talent assessment, impact measurement and cross-cultural comparisons. Her work has been published in journals, books, top-tier media and conferences.  

She received her master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Ph.D. from North Carolina State University.
