📑 My Masters dissertation researched and focused on the impacts coaching would specifically have on morale.
💫 Here the passion ignited as the transformations I saw possible, due to the coaching process, were phenomenal. I joined Erickson International to become an ACC level coach. I then became a board member of the International Coaching Federation’s Luxembourg Chapter.
✅ I believe it is a basic human right for people to be able to feel and experience fulfilment; and it is my purpose to help others achieve it.
