Each coaching session will hold a similar format. We begin with outlining what is it you want/need/vision/desire and through the coaching experience, we establish achievable steps that are in your control and in line with your values. There is no goal too big, small, complicated or easy. Sometimes, you just need a simple check in or a little help to find what your goal currently is.
The cost depends on the package you select. After our connection call, I will present you with some package options varying in amount and duration to suit your means.
All you need is either access to Zoom or a telephone, a notebook and pen should you wish to take notes and an open mind!
