Apart from our bespoke fees for Accessible coaching, we have a one-fee approach for ALL types of coaching whether it be Work-Life, Career, Emotional Intelligence-work etc.

Even though every coaching session requires preparatory time, face-to-face time, post-session time and administrative time for both the Coach and the Client. Also, the more complex the assignment, the more preparatory and post-session work reflection is needed.

This approach contributes to our mission to make coaching more accessible.

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Assessment

WJP Accessible Coaching is qualified to undertake and administer psychometric assessments in EQi. The cost of this psychometric testing is billed separately at the prices below. Prices include a written report, the assessment and one debriefing session *).

Workplace

  • € 350 for an Individual
  • € 600 for a ‘360-degrees’ Workplace Report

Leadership

  • € 450 for individual Managers & Leaders
  • € 675 for a ‘360-degrees’ Leadership Report

 

*) Following the assessment, you may like to work on specific outcomes from the written report. Such sessions are invoiced at the standard session rate one-fee approach.
