One-to-One Coaching

Working directly with me as your coach to address whatever areas you are looking to make progress in. For example, I can help you:

  • Take stock of your work/life situation
  • Boost your confidence
  • Increase your productivity
  • Clarify your values
  • Identify the beliefs that enable and hinder you
  • Set your goals and the actions needed to meet them

This is a fully tailored service combining listening, support, challenge, and frameworks that can help you unlock whatever you would like to achieve. Typically clients will work with me over a number of sessions, allowing time for them to experiment and recognise their progress over time. Sessions can be online or in-person depending on the client’s preference.

Team Workshops

As a business leader you run many meetings and workshops with your team. Depending on the objective, it can be a game-changer to have an independent facilitator lead the meeting. This is suitable when you want to be a participant yourself, ensure no bias of opinion, and provide appropriate independent challenge/arbitration to help the team find their best solutions.

I will work with you to frame the objectives and agenda for the workshop, be your facilitation lead on the day and guide the team to achieve the outcome they are looking for. Sessions are usually in-person, but can be online if this is a suitable format for the situation.

Group Coaching

In this setting a group of individuals come together who are not from the same team. It means that they do not necessarily have shared objectives. However there will be something that unites them, for example they may all be leaders from different departments within a company, or they may have the same role as each other but in different businesses. Importantly, they can understand each other’s context.

My role is to upskill the group on the coaching mindset and facilitate the participants to coach each other. In addition to finding solutions to their challenges, participants will also gain coaching skills they can apply back within their teams. Group coaching usually takes place over a series of workshops and can be a cost-effective approach.
