Purpose and legal basis of the processing:
When visiting the website, the user may provide personal data such as name and email address in the Contact, Booking and Newsletter sections. The provision of these data is voluntary.
Purpose: to initiate contact from the website visitor. I will use this data only and exclusively for the purpose of responding by email to the enquiries and contact requests of users interested in or wishing to use my services, for the purpose of information and appointment making.
The user may also contact me by telephone. If you contact me by telephone, I will not save, store or use your telephone number for any other purpose, and telephone communication will be used for contact purposes only. I do not store, collect or build a database of this personal data and I do not use it for any subsequent business, marketing or other purposes without the consent of the data subjects, and I do not contact the data subjects with further offers. Under no circumstances will I disclose the personal data provided to third parties.
User’s rights in relation to the data processed:
The personal data of users registered on the website are stored in their own user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time. The website administrators can also view and edit this information.
In the event of a request for deletion, I will consider the contact to be null and void and will delete the contact request and related correspondence from my own user email account. If you are a registered user and request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Embedded content from other websites
Entries available on the website may contain embedded content or links (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.) from external sources. Embedded content from external sources behaves exactly as if you had visited another website.
