The aim of all coaching is to build and strengthen the participants’ self-confidence.As coaches, we need to help people to succeed for themselves… They should leave the coaching session with a positive attitude and confidence that they will succeed in what they want to do.If they think like this, they will really succeed

What is coaching?

How does it work, what is it for, who is it for?

Coaching is a series of deep conversations full of questions that

  • takes you from dreaming to where you want to be
  • it gives you multiple perspectives, revealing other points of view
  • helps you identify obstacles and overcome inner resistance
  • break down your self-limiting beliefs, build your confidence
  • maps and mobilises your resources
  • inspires you to be the best and most you can be

What topics can you bring?

  • Find the answer to the question “Who am I?”
  • don’t know where to go after graduation or a degree
  • lack the courage to come out
  • you want to move out of your mum’s hotel but don’t know how to say it
  • two hours of your day have gone by without you even noticing
  • when you look around your workplace, you don’t know what you’re doing there
  • you’re carrying on the family tradition but you’re really looking for something completely different
  • you can’t assert your interests
  • you don’t feel comfortable in your relationships

If you don’t know which way to go, don’t worry, after talking to me you will get the hang of it and the picture will clear up. One thing I ask: be as honest as possible, open and determined to change – that’s three, but you can never have enough of a good thing! If you have these, we can work together and believe me, the “mantra” will kick in. I’ll help you understand your thoughts, we’ll peel back the veil on the reasons for your objections, limitations, fears and explore new perspectives.

Don’t expect me to cheer, applaud or pat you on the back for every word you say, but once you’ve set your true purpose, I’ll support, encourage, inspire and motivate you to achieve it. In the process, you will also discover who you are, because change requires a high degree of self-awareness, which leads to confidence.

I’m not going to go into what you’re not successful at – you’ve already figured that out, if nothing else, but those around you probably rub it in your face every day. You cook with what you have – you build on what you’re good at ” it gives you a solid foundation for an unbreakable bastion.
We break your goal down into digestible chunks – admit it, smaller bites are easier for you to swallow, aren’t they? Playful exercises and exercises will prepare you for situations that will help you take the obstacles in your stride. The small successes motivate you, give you confidence and make you go for it.

Don’t worry about what others think of you!
Don’t doubt that you can do something well ” believe and do it!

Well and good, but how long does it last?

Usually 3-4 sessions per issue, but this can vary in either direction (you can finish sooner, but you can also extend it). Take one issue apart and rebuild it one at a time. If more come up, that’s a next process. Meetings are bi-weekly, and discussions are 45 (max 60) minutes long.

What happens during the free consultation?

  • We will discuss your goals and develop a comprehensive plan: identify what needs to be addressed, what to focus on, what you want to achieve and what needs to be done to achieve it.
  • We discuss who has what responsibilities and what will make the coaching successful for you.
  • We will discuss the number of sessions, the regularity, the time frame and the financial implications.
  • I will inform you of my confidentiality obligations.
