For over 15 years, I’ve coached experienced and emerging leaders, in small, medium and large corporations across many industries. Prior to becoming a professional coach, I was where you are as a leader! I built a 20-year track record in executive leadership positions in sales, marketing, operations and manufacturing at Campbell Soup and Procter & Gamble. I hold a degree in Engineering and extensive professional coach training. After 2000+ hours coaching leaders, I’ve earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF. My special expertise is partnering with leaders that focus on skill building, career advancement, growing their influence, expanding their coaching skills as a leader and developing their remote/hybrid teams.
