Canada Coaching takes client privacy seriously
Our organization, our coaches, and our service delivery approach assures individual and organizational client confidentiality, anonymity and privacy.
Our coaches are each certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified by Integral Coaching Canada (ICC™) and assure your privacy, confidentiality, anonymity in accordance with the ICF code of ethics and the ICC code of ethics.
Minimal electronic records are held, and record retention times are agreed upon in partnership with the client.
Optional diagnostic instruments are held electronically and retained according to the client agreement.
Canada Coaching does not use paper records.
