Chief Coaching Officer

Jonathan Steeves is an accomplished and experienced certified integral master coach, and ICF Professional Certified Coach, with a focus on leadership development, change leadership, authentic leadership, servant leadership, transformational leadership and situational leadership. He is known for accompanying executive clients into and through the most challenging  organizational contexts, including strategic, operational, tactical and relational challenges.

His coaching service delivery experience with executive and middle manager clientele, has been enhanced by over a decade of building organizational coaching programs for medium to large sized complex organizations (15, 000 – 120, 000 employees), where he has hired and managed coaching teams, designed and built institutional executive coaching programs, and has lead the evaluation of coaching program effectiveness.

In parallel with his institutional and private coaching practices,  Jonathan brings practical experience in adult education, having designed and taught graduate level MBA program courses. As part-time professor, he has teaches leadership theory and practice, change management theory and practice, and management skills to both full-time and part-time cohorts. He brings learning and development to his coaching clients, supporting executives to land on topics which matter most.

With a vast range of experience over 3 decades of professional practice as professional coach, trusted advisor, senior management consultant, organization development practitioner, MBA professor, and operational leader / manager, Jonathan brings presence, authenticity, innovative strategic thinking, role-modelling of self-awareness, to his clients, supporting them with agility and impact.

With a significant range of experience in the trenches of large organizational changes, as manager and senior practitioner, he brings subject matter expertise (SME) in complex, strategic, operational and relational change management, leading organization development, and executive leadership development at the individual and group levels.
