I specialize in areas, such as: Becoming Resilient, Habits,  Values and Strengths, Personal Growth, Inner Peace, Work/life balance, Mid-life crisis, and Life Transition Coaching with emphasis on retirement.

My main focus is working with introverted women, who are going through uncertainty or life transitions and would like to become emotionally resilient and to find their voice in an extroverted society.

I personalize my sessions to each individual by assessing the situation first then creating personalized approaches to reach the goal the client set out to achieve.

1 Hour Coaching Session

This one-hour coaching session is designed to help you focus on the issue that feels most urgent or challenging in your life right now. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening, clarify what truly matters to you, and identify practical next steps that bring relief and direction. It’s a safe, supportive space to untangle your thoughts and gain clarity. You’ll leave the session feeling lighter, more grounded, and with a renewed sense of control and possibility.

Your investment is $70 per session.

The Coworking Club is a free community and it offers up to four hours of focused, supportive work time in a friendly and calm environment. Join up to three times a week to make steady progress on your personal or professional projects while staying accountable and motivated.

Each session includes a short 10-minute “Unstuck Corner,” where you can receive light coaching or librarian-style help to overcome challenges and find the right resources. It’s a gentle blend of productivity, connection, and encouragement—perfect for introverts who thrive in quiet company.
