Archana brings more than 2 decades of enriching experience in Coaching and mentoring. Her industry knowledge in Hospitality, Education, and FMCG sectors is deep and expansive.

Archana has an approachable, cheerful, and reliable persona that makes it effortless for her to connect across the full spectrum of the company hierarchy. Creating a safe space for self-expression and drawing the best out of her clients are part of her being.

At Tupperware and Education Technology, she has attained distinction for Coaching, Mentoring, and Training more than 15000 individuals and enabled high retention

Archana is passionate about coaching and uses the art of Storytelling to help shift her client’s inner script. Archana works closely to understand the fears and mental blocks and facilitates a profound shift.

Archana’s transformative journey has been an inspiration to many. From being shy and introverted in her early years she has transitioned to a confident well-rounded coach and mentor. She experiences immense joy in co-creating the desirable space for themselves.
Archana is also a member of the ICF chapter. Besides completing her journey of PCC she is presently on the path of the next leap. Archana, to add to her bouquet of offerings has completed her basic counselling skills training from the highly regarded mental health NGO – Sanjeevani.
Archana chaired as the Toastmaster President for “Tup speaks” – a club that she founded at Tupperware. She spearheaded Coaching on refining Public Speaking and Leadership skills.

Archana meditates daily which lends her stability and wisdom to offer a balanced journey.
