Coaching Real Change keeps the following data provided by you in order to provide you with the service/s you sign up for:

  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Date and number of hours coached
  • Invoices
  • References, if provided
  • Coach agreements
  • Session reports
  • Email correspondence

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without that permission, please contact us via coachingrealchange@pm.me, and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis do we store personal data?

Coaching Real Change stores your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling your payment
  • Recording coaching hours for on-going professional certification

Coaching Real Change shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Coaching Real Change remains responsible for these processes. In addition, Coaching Real Change provides your personal data to other third parties only with your express permission.

  • ICF (International Coach Federation) for the purpose of demonstrating coaching hours to maintain professional accreditation.

Coaching Real Change does not use cookies or similar techniques.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data.

You have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Coaching Real Change.

You have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.

If you want to use your right to object or your right to data portability or if you have other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specified request to coachingrealchange@pm.me. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we will first contact you at your email address. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Coaching Real Change takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
