I’m Selina Li, founder of Coaching for Purpose, a social enterprise dedicated to strengthening social impact organisations and the communities they serve. My work focuses on supporting beneficiaries, staff, and leaders as they navigate challenges, grow their capacity, and create meaningful, lasting change.
As a migrant, LGBTQIA+ woman, neurodivergent parent, and trauma survivor, I bring a deep commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and culturally aware spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
My passion is helping individuals and teams reconnect with their inner wisdom, build resilience, and expand their impact from the inside out. I draw on my background in public sector, leadership development, trauma-informed practice, and evidence-based training in coaching psychology to guide purposeful, sustainable transformation.

🌈 Personal Touch
As a proud member of the LGBTQI+ community, I found love 18 years ago after immigrating from China. We are proud parents of an 10-year-old neurodivergent boy and two playful Cavoodle brothers. Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy dancing, gardening, yoga, and cherishing family moments, nurturing my body, mind, and soul.
