Short summary about Club Med in Lijiang
I’m excited to refresh my memories from Lijiang, where I was sent by CEGOS SAE, to deliver a training for a group of General Managers.
Club Med is such a friendly place – from the moment I stepped out of the airport gate till they sent me back to the airport with a private chauffeur, I felt amazed!
The staff is beyond inclusive, the vibe is perfect & don’t get me started on the nature!
The GM’s were absolute stars! We talked about company culture, cross-cultural communication, responsability, delegation… They surprised me with their open-mindedness, experience, expertise and love for their job – which is more of a lifestyle for all of them.
We did more than work – we had a few parties, too!
