North Star Coaching for self-actualization offers a structured approach for navigating significant life transitions, whether it’s a loss of loved one, career change, unexpected unemployment, career advancement or promotion, or determining what to do in retirement.

As a Certified North Star Coach, Dr. Emme Devonish leverages the North Star Framework© to help her clients define SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) goals and develop an actionable roadmap of tasks and milestones to achieve those goals. Each goal is carefully examined to ensure that it is achievable and can be realistically completed in the client’s desired timeline.

Executive and Leadership Coaching

Senior leaders, executives, and Board Members exercise supervision and oversight responsibilities while staying abreast of constant changes in industry standards and regulations. Executive and Leadership coaching is one of several methods to keep individuals updated on internal policies, regulatory developments, emerging risks, and industry trends. Training centers on what’s important to these executives and can be as short as thirty-minutes to deliver the essentials of a subject or up to ninety-minutes for a more in-depth study.

She specializes in Ethics, Compliance, Culture, and Leadership with a focus on teaching clients the importance of emotional intelligence to ignite behavioral change and develop visionary leaders.
