With over 25 years in senior corporate roles and entrepreneurial ventures, I know what it means to lead under pressure, while managing high-stakes decisions, team dynamics, and personal life complexities. Throughout my career, I have witnessed firsthand how demanding environments can push even the most capable professionals to their limits.
I worked with leaders navigating difficult transitions, facing invisible pressures, and struggling to maintain balance and clarity, often without a safe space to pause, reflect, and realign. What began as informal conversations with colleagues soon became something more.
People trusted me with their stories, challenges, and inner questions because I listened without judgment. Because I saw the human behind the role. That natural ability to support others, combined with my own transformative experiences, led me to professional coaching. Today, it’s my mission to help executives, founders, and professionals navigate change with clarity, strength, and purpose.
