I work with a small number of clients at a time — intentionally.
This choice allows me to be fully present and offer the depth of support that real transformation deserves.
For me, coaching isn’t a transaction. It’s a partnership that requires space — the same kind of space I encourage my clients to create in their own lives. Space to pause, reflect and integrate what truly matters.
I live by the same principles I coach around: balance, alignment and authenticity.
That means I design my schedule with care, so that I can meet each client with fresh energy, clarity and full attention.

How We Work Together

Getting Started
Before we decide to work together, we begin with a 30-minute orientation call (free of charge).
This conversation is an opportunity for both of us to explore whether we are the right match and for you to share what you’re seeking support with. Together, we identify what you need and how I can best help you move forward.
Structure of the Coaching Process

Sessions are held online, giving you flexibility and access from wherever you are.

Each session is 60 minutes.

Sessions are spaced a few weeks apart to allow time for reflection, integration and real-world application — this rhythm is intentional and creates lasting impact.
Client-Led and Tailored to You
You set the agenda.
Our work is grounded in your reality, your goals and what you most want to shift or strengthen in your life. We identify the themes that matter to you — whether personal, professional or both — and create ways of working that fit your everyday life and support real change.
This is not a one-size-fits-all process.
