The Drawing Room.
This morning was very exciting. Myself and another coach, Christine Soja – Christine Soja from Seattle presented our first workshop on Art and Coaching to a group of life coaches. It was an hour and a half online, the coaches were from US and Africa. We gave them a series of art activities to complete and asked them to give feedback of how it made them feel and what happened to their thinking processes during the activity. They gave great feedback. We called the workshops ” The Drawing Room”, because we decided to focus on drawing, as just a small area of a what can be achieved with Art and Coaching. #Neuroarts #coaching #art
