Grow and Transform Coaching

Helping individuals to create a positive and sustainable impact with ripple effects on teams, society and the world.

SUSTAINABLE HIGH PERFORMANCE

Do you need help creating and embedding habits to help you have a sustainable high impact and thrive every day? This is one of the areas I work the most on with leaders and individuals. More often than not, I see leaders try to create a high impact in ways that are not sustainable. I love helping people have sustainable strategies for continued high performance.

SUCCESSFUL TRANSITIONS

Successful transitions for leaders often require a change in behaviours and values. For instance, a new leader that was used to be an individual contributor needs to spend time doing things they didn’t use to in the past – setting objectives, following up with their team, providing guidance and empowering feedback. They also need to make a shift in their values. Often new leaders value more producing individual pieces of work (documentation, code,..) versus valuing planning, having a vision and communicating it etc as ‘work’. As a consequence, many of them often struggle to perform in their first year after they got their new role.

Similarly, new leaders of leaders that have been used to being leaders of others for a while can easily clog the leadership pipeline, by leading the leaders in their team as individual contributors rather than coaching them to be good leaders to their own team.

I love working with leaders going through transitions, both promotions in the leadership pipeline and lateral moves, when new challenges are presented with a new role that stretches the individual or functional area that requires new knowledge, behaviours or both.

I spend most of my coaching time with leaders in the corporate world. However, I have also helped individuals set up their own start up initiative and I also do pro bono coaching for professionals in the humanitarian field.

About me

I have been working for 20+ years in international and highly demanding corporate environments, both in management consulting and industry. I first became a leader in 2007, beginning to have people leadership responsibilities and enjoying mentoring and coaching my teams, as well as taking pride in building high performing and engaged teams. My leadership signature has always been care for others.

In my years as a leader, I found my passion helping others develop, especially helping the leaders in my team become better leaders. Now I am taking this passion to the next level. I am an accredited ACC coach, member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have an advanced certificate on Coaching with Erickson International.

My vision is to help as many individuals and organizations as possible to create a positive and sustainable impact with ripple effects on their teams, society and the world. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients and look forward to helping both leaders that begin their journey in leadership as well as more established leaders that strive to make a change and a more positive impact in the world around them.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure".
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?'

Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.

As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others" Marianne Williamson (Nelson Mandela's speech)
