Coaching is a confidential action-oriented process. When you choose to work with me as your coach, you will identify specific wellness goals and that will be the focus of our time together.
Prior to each session you will receive a coaching prep form to encourage you to identify what would be most valuable for our upcoming session. Sessions are either via zoom or phone. Each session you will walk away with action steps that you identify yourself, which is how we take purposeful steps towards your larger goals.
