I love what I do. That’s why I set-up my own business after leaving full-time employment.

I’ve always had a keen interest in people. Specifically, why is it that some are more successful than others?  Why is it that a poorly-performing team, can significantly improve by changing just one thing – the line manager? And the same applies in the reverse – a high-performing team can become average, just with the change of line manager.

I am a qualified coach, with over 25 years experience in the area of people leadership and business development. I spent the vast majority of my career in financial services, in front-line customer-facing roles, and managing teams across multiple geographical locations. Since 2016, I’ve been working full-time with executives and senior managers, helping them to develop their leadership skills and improve their teams performance.

Working together, I help to identify the behaviours which are restricting your effectiveness, and to reduce/eliminate them.

I like to call it ‘sports coaching for business’. Elite athletes work with coaches to help them improve.  Elite business leaders do the same!

Outside of work, I stay reasonably fit, play golf and I volunteer with local community organisations.
