Organisational Coaching Session

Individual Coaching Session
My first goal was to become a better fit for job interview. During the sessions, goals such as become more confident both in speaking and appearance and having trust in myself became the key issues. And it became clear that they are worthy pursuing “not only for interview” but for all situations of life. I became better aware of those underlying issues (the lack of confidence and trust in myself) that stopped me at times from performing better in front of other people (besides more specific preparation for an interview). Secondly, I could name my main fears that contributed to this lack of trust such as not being good at speaking to the point, giving the impression of an overly excited person because of moving my body constantly. I then learnt techniques (encouraged from the coaching) to actually improve on those weaknesses. To start “working with myself” became an achievement in itself.
I learnt about myself that That I am not alone facing such obstacles. That I have strengths and qualities which will always be there and make me valuable. That it’s possible and actually fun to work on some identified weaknesses. That it’s important to see the process when working towards goals and celebrate all the small achievements on the way. That “exposure and practice” is everything in a learning process. It’s still work in progress but I no longer believe that I cannot express myself clearly and not perform well in an interview or talk with “big people”. Now, I no longer believe that I have to constantly prove myself to others. I no longer believe that happiness lies in 1 job only or comes from work only. I now believe that I can show my qualities and work on some weaknesses as I am aware and have strategies for improvement. I now believe that I depend more on myself and less on others to feel good.
The coaching sessions with Isabelle have been really good. ”

Team Coaching Session

Individual Coaching Session
I did 4 coaching sessions in 2 months’ time with Isabelle as I wanted to find ways to set a more satisfactory work-life balance and be more assertive in driving my own agenda/priorities and sticking to it. These coaching sessions allowed myself to reflect about how I function and take stock of where I am and where I want to be. I very much valued Isabelle’s coaching style, her listening skills, the way she managed to establish a protected space for respectful communication but also a profound exchange, as she would not stop at the first answer but would help me go more in depth to explore my true feelings. I felt Isabelle extremely attentive to both the said and the unsaid (body language). She would always support to set a concrete objective for each session while keeping in mind the overall purpose of my coaching journey as agreed at the beginning, so that the realizations of each session would become the basis for the following one, thus allowing progress.”
