
Coaching can be beneficial in many situations in life.
Usually, my clients come to me when they are at a place in their life, where they feel stuck and unhappy. Perhaps this is because they are in the midst of a major life crises and struggle to cope emotionally, or perhaps they are facing a big life change ahead that seems scary and full of challenges.

A safe space to be seen and met in a compassionate and caring way, where you slowly start to untangle the thoughts, worries, fears and other emotions that are taking up space in your mind.
Being seen and heard on a deeper level will support you to move through whatever emotional and practical struggles you are facing, and you will come out on the other side with more energy, hope, motivation, and a more empowering and self-compassionate mindset when working with me as your coach.
