LEADERSHIP & COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE

I have worked as a sales leader and manager in P&G (2003-2019), GSK (2019-2021) and L’oreal (2021-2024), where I was responsible for driving profitable sales growth and market share with my teams as Commercial Director, board and leadership team member.

  • The hallmarks of my leadership were achieving results by developing the skills and expertise of teams, being inclusive, building through the talents of managers and skillfully matching projects to the development path of team members.
  • On several occasions I have been responsible for changing and implementing a successful commercial strategy, which required not only defining a new commercial policy, but above all changing the mindset of the team, building the expertise and growing skills of managers, but also adjusting the structure of the organization to meet new challenges.

BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION 

I have had the privilege of participating in large organizational and business change projects and leading transformation processes such as:

  • Transformation of the Dermatology Division of L’oreal HUB Poland and Baltics with a fundamental change in commercial strategy, from building commercial policy from the scratch, through a preparation and an implementation new organizational structure (including key account managers team, field teams), upskilling (negotiation, selling skills, mindset change) and re-negotiation contracts with all customers in the market. This change as an important pillar of whole business transformation brought a huge impact in sales growth acceleration (doubling in 3 years) and profitable business growth (+7pp market share gain);
  • Join Venture of GlaxoSmithCline and Pfizer in Consumer Healthcare – GSK 2020-2021:
    • the need to re-design a new one organization, the right structures, run the process of matching and recruiting the right people for the new positions, implement this structure and processes during difficult COVID-19 time;
    • leading the process of designing and implementing new commercial trade terms and policy.
  • Build a new effective field structure (responsible for sales and merchandising), design the organization with selection of the right provider, run the change process and implement the new structure – P&G 2014-2016.

COACHING

My adventure with coaching began in 2014, when I was trained in the GROW methodology as part of the P&G Academy for Managers. Coaching methods for working within organisations and leading teams have always been close to my heart.

10 years later, I decided to pursue a professional coaching path by completing almost 200 hours of Business Coaching Diploma training at PWC. I have been a certified coach since June 2024 and am very passionate about continuing to develop my knowledge and skills.

I have a special interest in psychology, which is why I graduated in Social Psychology at SPWS University, now I’m participating in Psychology for Coaches at Wszechnica UJ and broadened my skills by participating in events such as the ICF Coaching Academy.
