We will work together with you to design an arrangement that works for your individual circumstances. Often, clients are interested in a typical coaching arrangement so we’re sharing one here.
Duration: 3 months
What you’ll receive:
- A values-based assessment to help identify what is important to you
- Six 1:1 coaching sessions
- Pre-work to be completed prior to each coaching session
- 360 survey to help you understand your strengths and development areas from the view of your team, peers and leadership
What you’ll do:
- Bring a coaching topic to each session
- Set aside time each week to focus on yourself
- Map out a typical “Day in your life” and collaborate on strategies to improve the ratio of where you spend time on your priority items
