With a family history in proprietor business and a personal background in education, leadership development, public service and performing arts, Kelly is an accomplished entrepreneur, educator, researcher, leader, facilitator and real estate investor with a particular affinity for working with interdisciplinary entrepreneurs. In her vision to live a connected and most passionate life she commits to connecting people to their passion through executive, leadership, presentation and team coaching. Kelly has added Organizational Design and Development (OD&D) to her toolbox to further equip client organizations to master their futures. My mission is to change the world for the better. As a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), I connect people to passion, commit to them and their dreams, invite them to cultivate their life landscape and challenge them to release their greatness.

My values, continually explored, reflect my work begun years ago in building personal awareness as a means towards leadership development. The following values hold true for me:
