Le was born in Shanghai with an educational foundation rooted in Japanese linguistics, social psychology and, business. She has adeptly navigated diverse cultural landscapes to foster international business development in telecommunication, banking and trading industries. After expansive 14-year career as a business development leader across East Asia, Le has made a significant choice – a career transition by developing her own business as a life coach.
She firmly believes that coaching can help people reshape their beliefs and a new awareness can lead to an expanded or different story that changes their life choices. Her deep desire to empower individuals and communities in need led her establish Connected Coaching and Consulting in Tokyo in 2024.
Le received an MBA from the University of Hong Kong, an MA from Ochanomizu University and an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) title from ICF (International Coaching Federation) with the completion of the ICF certified organisational coaching practitioner training program and 100+ hours of coaching practice. Her unique blend of leadership, strategic insight, and cross-cultural sensibility may partner with individuals and organizations toward achieving their business and personal growth objectives.
