My name is Tegan. I enjoy working with people who are looking to find more meaning, balance, and joy in their work and home life. I specialize in Executive and Professional Leadership Coaching credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
+ As an Active Duty Marine Corps Officer, I dedicated more than two decades to actively helping servicemembers, veterans, and spouses navigate turbulent waters related to calls of duty and transition from active service.
+ As a working spouse and mother to two amazing sons, I also love setting conditions for women to rise and thrive in their professional and personal worlds.
+ As a lifelong learner and avid reader, I love challenging myself and recently completed a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development.
