About me: Dr. Rachael E. Sullivan

With over 25 years of experience in post-secondary settings studying Sociology and a decade of working at the Equity and Inclusion Office at UBC, I bring a unique blend of academic expertise, workplace insight, and deep listening skills to my practice.
