I am a professional coach specialising in helping organisations with people facing change, with over 15 years’ experience in:

• organisational change management and leadership

• change design and communications

• recruitment

• team-building

• workshop design and facilitation.

I have worked in large public and private sector organisations, and consulted for small owner-operator businesses and professional services. I love to coach people towards growing self-awareness, finding a new growth edge and feeling excited about their own potential.

I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
