No two brains are the same
We are all different – this is what makes the world and the workplace such a crazy, exciting place to be. But differences can get in the way of us moving forward too.
- Are you challenged by change at work?
- Is there an uneasy work relationship you want to repair?
- Do you want to make the most of the work opportunities that you’re meeting?
- Are you wanting to transition to something new and need an actionable plan?
A coach can help you work through issues and opportunities to find your real goals, and create a realistic plan with measurable actions so that you can make progress.
Coaching doesn’t tell you what you need to do – a coach will meet you where you are at right now, create enquiry within, so you can grow your self-knowledge, find your own answers and feel more empowered to create the change you want.
Through a coaching process, you can expect to feel challenged and stretched. You can expect to have illuminating insights. Sometimes you might feel stuck or confronted. Learning often comes from a place of discomfort. Your coach will support you, help you to understand your core values and discover your strengths and how these can be applied as you work towards your goals.
My clients describe my approach as gentle and compassionate. I bring my many years of workplace experience – public and private sector, small and large organisations, employee and people leader. My passion is to help you create improved work experiences where you can grow and flourish.
