Who am I as a coach?
I am a leadership and executive coach with 10 years of experience in HR. I believe transformation is possible through awareness, commitment, and kindness.
With a strong international perspective and intercultural sensitivity, I adopt a holistic approach that considers the individual as a combination of professional and personal aspects, elevating them in both spheres and unleashing their full potential.
My studies in Philosophy, have grounded the belief that knowledge and growth come through questions, self awareness and exercise.
I am a licensed sailor. The sea does not cease to offer new lessons, and confronts you with a constantly changing and challenging environment, leading you to develop a flexible mindset, explore new perspectives, and confront your limits. Resilience, practice, commitment are key: an excellent metaphor for the world we live in.
In my coaching approch, you will find the influence of these two paths I have followed. Transformation will be possible through mutual commitment, consistency and kindness. I will be by your side, encouraging your growth, pushing you to overcome blocks and unlock your potential.
