For example, an organization may have multiple employees performing similar tasks in their own way. This results in overwork, redundant work, and burn-out. There is also an increased risk of support staff or back-up personnel making mistakes due to inconsistent processes.

Techniques we employ include interviewing you or your staff, mapping ‘as is’ processes (or getting clear on where you are now and how you operate), identify and set-up resources, facilitate discussions between staff to ensure understanding, clarify roles and responsibilities, and offer training as needed.
