Thank you International Coaching Federation Philippines Chapter for the opportunity to participate in pro-bono coaching this first semester through AFPMBAI and AFP HR. I had a lovely time with these two, passionate strong women. (By some twist of fate, both women’s names start with R and both are up for retirement.) So, R&R, thank you for your service. I am truly honored to have served you in the short time we are together. I wish you the best on your retirement.
My niche as a coach is education. But activities like this, allow me to listen to experiences of women in other fields. And though different fields, I am realising that the issues they face are the same. Women are overworked, stressed about family life, conflicted in making decisions around career and, often, disempowered in doing what they really want. But given an opportunity to reflect, gain clarity and shift mindset, they are superheroes. They are strong beyond what they perceived. And they can do whatever they set their hearts to. So to all women out there, nurture the power in you. Go make those dreams happen. And if something is getting in the way, if there seems to be a second voice saying you can’t, if you can’t shrug that off by yourself, message me. Let me coach you. Let’s make your dreams happen. 💪
