With over two decades of international experience spanning various industries and technologies, I bring a wealth of diverse expertise to my coaching practice. My background encompasses strategic planning to seamless implementation, with a geographic footprint that spans the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
Before embarking on my journey as a Leadership and Team Coach in 2017, I held leadership positions within international and regional organizations. My career took me to over 25 countries across continents, granting me invaluable insights into both developed and emerging markets. This global exposure allowed me to cultivate and harness relationships with top-level executives in various industries, further honing my exceptional emotional and social intelligence skills.
My corporate experience enables me to bring to my coaching a deep understanding of the issues and challenges faced by leaders and teams working in dynamic and complex contexts. In my role as a Leadership and Team Coach, my core focus revolves around collaborating with leaders deeply committed to enhancing their performance, fostering high-performing teams, nurturing meaningful relationships, smoothly traversing professional and personal transitions, and thriving in the face of adversity and uncertainty. By seamlessly blending my extensive business expertise with potent evidence-based coaching strategies, tools, and methodologies, I have successfully coached senior leaders from a broad spectrum of industries, including Telecom, Technology, Professional Services, Government, Media & Entertainment, Aviation, Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail and other sectors.
I have a deep passion for supporting Humanitarian Aid efforts during disaster and recovery phases, as well as enabling Sustainable Development projects for remote and isolated communities through the use of technology.
I am a lifelong learner, deeply passionate, and committed to continuous personal and professional growth as a path to sustainable excellence. I hold an MBA degree from Leicester University in the UK, I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified Leadership Coach By TPC Leadership, Transformational Coach by BTS, Systemic Team Coach and Team Connect 360 Assessment by the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and ORSC Fundamentals by CRR Global and PCC Marker Assessor by ICF.
