I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), 10-year Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Coach, and an active San Francisco Chapter ICF Member. I help hard-working and high-achieving professionals develop career clarity and confidence.
From a chaotic, split family with 22 childhood cross-country relocations, I developed a curiosity for psychology and personal growth at age five. I earned a BA in Psychology, Master’s in Education, and have developed intuition through 18+ years of holistic wellness practice. I’m a master of change and reinvention, having independently navigated numerous careers, relationships, and relocations. I’m grateful to have 20+ years of combined teaching, wellness, public relations, marketing, sales, and coaching experience.
I am a passionate, lifelong learner, committed to excellence. I love immersing in nature, exploring near and far, hand-crafting food, and rubbing noses with feline friends. My grounding go-to is breath and both still and moving meditations. I am an eternal optimist, inspired by each and every individual’s freedom and power through choice.
