I developed the Multidimensional Leadership model as a holistic approach to leadership. The Multidimensional Leader is essential for creating human-centric organisations — places where people and performance thrive together. With over 20 years of experience in leadership, HR and organisational development, I’ve had the privilege of working with global corporations such as Oracle and Microsoft, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises across Europe.
