The Meaning Behind My Logo

Coaching, for me, is a journey that teaches us to notice the cycles within life.
Cycles that end, lessons that complete, patterns that transform…
Every ending is actually the doorway to a new beginning.

The Circle: The Cycle of Life

The circle in my logo represents this natural cyclicity.
An imperfect, organic line —
just like life itself.

The Feathers: Mind–Body–Spirit Balance

The three feathers forming the circle symbolize lightness:
awareness, spirituality, and inspiration.
They also reflect the unity of mind, body, and spirit.
Without the balance of these three, true healing cannot unfold.

The Letter N: The Journey

The letter “N” is not only the initial of my name;
it is the symbol of the path coaching opened in my life.
The extended tail of the letter is intentional —
it represents an open, ongoing, ever-evolving journey.
A path I walk with compassion, trust, and courage…
and one where I accompany others as well.

Sometimes gently holding like a mother’s tenderness,
sometimes nudging with a father’s wisdom when movement is needed…
Coaching, for me, is the balance of these two energies.

The Magic We Give to Meaning

One of my favorite elements in coaching is the healing power
of the meaning we assign to a symbol, an object, or even a single line.
When the mind is occupied with something, the eyes begin to seek that meaning everywhere.
And once you truly see it, a new awareness begins — one that cannot be undone.

My logo is not just a set of symbols representing transformation.
It is a reflection of my own journey:
