What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a space where you can hear your own inner voice again—held in safety, depth, and non-judgment.
Richard Boyatzis’ book cover captures it perfectly: “Helping People Change.”

A coach does not tell you what to do;
they simply create space for the inner wisdom you already carry.

I often describe coaching as a dance:
You lead. I simply accompany you.

Who Is Coaching For?

Coaching is for individuals who are mentally and emotionally balanced, who want to transform an area of their life, and who are ready to take responsibility for that change.

Coaching always requires a topic—and that topic can be completely unique to you.

Common examples:

  • Self-expression

  • Relationships

  • Movement

  • Nutrition

  • Sleep

  • Stress management

  • Work–life balance

  • Balance in all areas of life

  • Career direction

  • Habits

  • Meaning and purpose

  • “I know what to do but I’m not doing it” moments

  • “I have no time” patterns

  • Procrastination

The Secret of Coaching

Listening.

A coach listens in a way that most people never get to experience.

Not only to your words—but also to the silence between them,
your expressions, tone, and even the shift in your breath.

Through this deep listening:

  • What you didn’t say becomes visible

  • Your assumptions, fixed patterns, and driving beliefs emerge

  • Your perspective widens

  • New options begin to appear

This is why coaching is a courageous act:
your gaze gently turns from the outside world to your inner world.

The Voice of Freedom

As awareness grows in coaching sessions, those invisible walls that have been squeezing you slowly begin to dissolve.

This freedom allows you to:

  • Notice your options

  • Loosen “This is just who I am” or “I can’t do that” beliefs

  • See new paths

  • Reconnect with your inner potential

Coaching is not about “fixing” yourself—
it is about finding your own way.

Awareness

Coaching, like life, is cyclical:

Where am I → What do I want → What am I learning/choosing → How am I transforming?

Sometimes it’s one sentence,
sometimes a pause,
sometimes just a deep breath…

How Does the Coaching Process Begin?

We begin with a chemistry session (25–30 minutes).
It is essentially the moment we create a foundation of trust.
This conversation helps us understand:

“Would walking together serve you?”

After that, we decide on the session structure and flow.
Confidentiality is essential.

Final Note

Coaching is not advice from the outside;
it is an awakening from within.

It is a light that helps you rediscover your path when you feel lost in your own story.

You reconnect with your uniqueness, creativity, and your own solutions.
Sometimes you cry, sometimes you laugh.
Play is part of coaching; emotions are its colors.

How about playing the game with me?
