Through several activities and discussions, they will be empowered to identify the life they want to be living and make the changes that they want to make in their life when they are ready to make them.<\/p>\n<h3>Workshop Summary<\/h3>\n<p>The workshop was a great success, allowing participants to experience the power of a group coaching session, and exploring their values guided by the 8 pillars of wellbeing. We created our own Wheels of Wellbeing, mapping out our respective priorities and values as individuals.<\/p>\n<p>The participants were highly engaged throughout the session and we engaged in active reflection.
