I seek to understand my client\u2019s business aspirations, personal goals, personality style and communication traits. I am a teacher and instructor at heart and seek to understand the goals, gaps, strengths, weaknesses and with that understanding and clarity, I am able to meet my client where they are and coach to higher levels of performance, balance in life, skill development, action planning and successful accountability plan. In the scale of Directive and Non Directive Coaching styles, I can fall at either end of the coaching spectrum based on the clients awareness of their growth path. If a client is in a discovery phase of identifying \u201cwhere they are\u201d I might be more passive and intent on non-directive communication. If the client is able to grasp the path from awareness to programing to action steps or lack of, I might be more directive and offer more advice and momentum forward in my communication.
