Our leadership coaching gets to the heart of the matter supporting impactful change in our clients to help them evolve and thrive. We elevate a client’s understanding and awareness of their situation, to provide structure and process that supports them in defining goals for their future and formulating and executing plans to meet these goals.

The coaching process does not include advising or counselling but focuses instead on the individual or group to reach their own objectives.  This is done in a one-on-one meeting format in a confidential session.

What is coaching?

ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

Our key to successful executive coaching engagements include:

 

  1. providing confidentiality and privacy by abiding with the ICF Code of Ethics as per our membership in the International Coaching Federation)

 

  1. establishing clear agreements for both the overall coaching engagement and each coaching session. We partner with each client to define what they want to address, clarify or resolve to achieve what they want to accomplish:

 

  • the overall engagement (coaching relationship, process/logistics, coaching plans and goals)
  • each coaching session (i.e. identify what the client wants to accomplish in the session)

 

  1. defining “measures of success” that the client wants to accomplish in each coaching session

 

  1. Coach and Client partner to transform learning and insight into action, including designing goals, actions and accountability measures to integrate new learning.

 

  1. We celebrate client’s progress and successes.
