This week, I took part in the ICF Conference, the most important event dedicated to the professional coaching community in Romania 🤓.
A warm atmosphere, relevant information, and a strong sense of belonging.
The theme of the conference was Human Connection and AI. I was relieved to see that I am not the last one who did not accept “with eyes closed” AI in our daily work 😅.
As an HR Consultant, I resonated the most with the speech of Robert Garcia, VP and Chief Staff Officer in ICF, “a recovered HR Specialist” as he himself declared himself to be.
At some point, he asked the audience: “Are employees in Romania happy?” No answer! 👀
I would add: why are people generally happy in volunteering? 🙃
For me, it was full of emotions, but also with pride that I am part of this group.
During the event, Raluca (ICF Romania president) announced that for the fourth time in a row, ICF Romania has received the Chapter Recognition Award. Congratulations to everyone! 🥂
I wish that in your activity, you all will have at least one moment in which you receive as much thanks and appreciation as I have received in ICF these days.
