Maybe you’re considering a career change.
Maybe you feel there’s more you could be doing, but you’re not sure what that “more” looks like.
Or maybe you simply need some space to slow down, make sense of your thoughts and decide what comes next.
This is where coaching can help.

Coaching is a partnership focused on your personal and professional development. It gives you the space to clarify what you want, explore what might be holding you back, look at your situation from new perspectives, and turn intentions into concrete action.

As your coach, I don’t give you ready-made answers.
I help you find your own.

Coaching is not:
✖️ Mentoring – I won’t tell you what worked for me and expect you to replicate it.
✖️ Consulting – I won’t tell you which decision is “the right one”.
✖️ Therapy – We focus on your present and future goals, rather than healing the past.

Instead, I will:
✔ listen actively and create a space for reflection;
✔ ask questions that challenge your perspective;
✔ help you clarify what matters to you;
✔ support you in turning intentions into meaningful action.

My background in Psychology and 12 years of experience in HR give me a strong understanding of the professional world – from career transitions and professional growth to workplace challenges, development goals, and career decisions.
And coaching doesn’t have to mean committing to a long process.
We can start with one session focused on a specific challenge, or build a longer coaching journey around a goal that requires time, exploration, and sustained progress.

🍂 This autumn, I’m offering a special coaching package:
4 sessions → pay for 3
6 sessions → pay for 4
8 sessions → pay for 6
Sessions are online and last 50 minutes.
If you’ve been thinking “I know something needs to change, but I don’t know where to start”, perhaps this is your invitation to start exploring it.

📩 Send me a message and let’s have a conversation about what you’re looking for and whether coaching could be a good fit for you.
The first discussion (30 minutes) is free and is an introductory discussion in which I explain how we will work, and you will help me understand your need.
