Who I support

I work with both direct and corporate clients across the Asia Pacific region, with clients currently located in Australia, India, Indonesia and Singapore. These are made up of C-Suite individuals, including CEOs and CFOs, as well as start-up firms and established companies of varying scale and experience. Industries and functions supported are in education, finance and, more broadly, with consultancy firms in the leadership development space. I also have other coaches as clients. The approach is always the same, but the challenges being faced by my clients vary based on their own life experiences, current situations and their levels of engaged energy.

As a leadership/management coach I typically work on a one-to-one basis without judgement to help clients overcome challenges and to identify opportunities to leverage their full potential, focusing on destructive and/or draining blocks that can be released through awareness, acceptance and the adoption of conscious choice.

I strongly believe that an individual’s performance in whatever they do is equal to their potential minus any interference, with my role being to work with clients to become aware of and acknowledge the types of interference impacting them in order to be enable them to make conscious choices to remove obstacles.

Above all, my role is to help clients to clarify their purpose and vision and to work with them to co-create strategies to enable them to lead at their highest level – effortless high performance consistently, systematically and on-demand.
