I will always insist on a short, complimentary meeting with every potential new client to get a sense of their goals from coaching and to outline the way that I work in order to ensure good chemistry and personal compatibility in advance of any formal commitment on either side.

As an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC), I have a number of tools available to support my coaching which I make available to my clients if they choose…
The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment that identifies how the client reacts to situations and events in both a normal and stressed environment. The debrief of that assessment typically provides a basis for learning how to choose an appropriate response in any given situation. This is different to personality assessments, such as provided by Hogan, DISC, Myers Briggs, etc, that identify personality types and traits and help clients to work within those boundaries. Attitudinal responses can be consciously changed, leading to different outcomes and sustainable results.
The Energy Leadership Index 360 (ELI 360) assessment leverages the same self-originated report and overlays it with consolidated 360 degrees feedback from managers, peers, family, friends and even vendors to determine patterns and identify areas that the client might wish to explore more deeply during the coaching sessions.
SCOPE is an application that can be made available to a client on a subscription basis that can be quickly utilised in 3 to 4 minutes to identify, in the moment, their energy for any specific task that they are about to undertake. It identifies those factors that may be lowering their energy for that task, along with recommendations for how to shift towards a more positive outcome. The type of tasks involved could be anything from public presenting to simply completing a desk assignment or attending a meeting. It can even be used in advance of a musical performance or sporting event!
