About Me
I used to joke that I knew very well what I didn’t want, but totally unsure of what I wanted. While this partial self-knowledge helped me stay away from what I didn’t want, I always second guessed my life decisions… Is this really what I want? That was until I discovered coaching…
Coaching helped me gain clarity on my goals, values, be more purposeful in my everyday actions and make authentic choices – be it as a leader, in my career or anything else in life. Rather than making decisions based on what I don’t want, I now make decisions in alignment with my values and purpose. This has brought a sense of fulfillment for me in work and life.
I’m on a mission to help people lead and live life in a way that brings them fulfilment. I’m passionate about helping people discover their values, make decisions, work, lead and live life in alignment with their values and purpose. I strongly believe coaching can help leaders cultivate self-awareness, be their authentic selves at work and drive results.
Over Two decades of experience leading business relevant and impactful people initiatives at Start-up, Mid-size and large organizations. I have experience collaborating with leaders and teams across cultures and leading organization wide change initiatives in highly matrixed set-ups. My focus over the past few years had been on developing integrated partnerships with key stakeholders to drive alignment to strategic goals, leading large-scale organizational changes across functions and cultures, retention of key talent, coaching leaders and HR transformation.
