As a child, I dreamed of traveling, of being a journalist, passionate about people and international culture.
Attracted by openness, transversality, rigour, complexity… I studied French and Anglo-American Law, Business Law and International Tax Law. Tax law is at the crossroads, at the border of all other subjects, close to the economy, politics, world.
During the first part of my career, I had the chance to navigate in a variety of environments AND my thirst for learning led me to rich experiences. As Director/ Tax Manager, I worked with many support services including legal, finance in the broad sense, human resources AND business, multicultural, members of the top management, in France and abroad.
Beyond technical expertise, my experience as Director/ Head of Tax is very transversal and consists of (i) listening with openness, helping international clients with their human cultural difference, to find solutions, (ii) thinking “out of the box”, (iii) to support them in the dynamics of change, (iv) to work as a team, from a “pseudo” team to an authentic team, and to an excellent team, (v) and together reduce risks and create added value.
I managed direct and indirect teams and leaders of groups’ transformation: CEO changes, head office transfers , mergers, disposals, division, liquidations…
I also experienced several business transitions further to business transformations and job cuts and I was supported by Right Management and Oasys/ IFOD.
