The Coaching Process:

 1. Mode of engagement: One-to-One

 2. Duration: 6 months, extended for additional six months on mutual consent. The coach is available for the client during the engagement period for any quick                coaching conversation, though not creating dependence. A holistic, empowering adult-adult relationship, with confidentiality and ethics of the practice.

 3. Number of sessions – Eight to Nine.

 4. Frequency of sessions: Once a month

 5. Session duration: 60 to 90 minutes per session.

The engagement also includes:

 1. An accountability call between sessions with the coachee.

 2. Additional assignments for the coachee between sessions. 

 3. A 30 minutes review meeting /call with all involved (Sponsor(s), Coachee and Coach) at the beginning and the end of every three months (not applicable if self-              sponsored).

 4. A wide variety of coaching tools used depending on the client’s needs and readiness.

 5. Some of them are Visualization, Regal@60, Perceptual Positioning, Regal Reflective Journaling, EQ, etc.

The coaching process is flexible and can be customised as per the needs of the client
